Connection between crystalline polymers
From a thermodynamic point of view, the strain applied to the polymer reduces the amorphous state, resulting in a decrease in melting, an increase in melting point and an increase in supercooling at a given temperature. However, during the spinning process, the temperature of the polymer generally decreases from the equilibrium melting point to the glass transition temperature or its vicinity. Nevertheless, it can still be observed that the degree of acceleration of the crystallization process of various polymers is different. For example, for polyethylene terephthalate, the primary fiber nylon ribbon with very low crystallinity is relatively easy to obtain, while for polyamine, it is much more difficult, although the strain free crystallization rate of polyamine is very low. Cable ties are often used in wholesale of switches and sockets.
